We are looking for caring and motivated Day Support Workers to join our Ofsted regulated children's home in Tottenham. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a genuine difference every single day while working in a supportive, child-centred environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Offering consistent emotional and practical support throughout the day
Encouraging positive routines including meals, education and activities
Promoting independence and healthy decision-making
Acting as a keyworker to help young people set meaningful personal goals
Using trauma-informed practice to build trust and resilience
Maintaining a safe, structured and nurturing home environment
Recording observations and updates accurately and professionally
Participating in team meetings, handovers and reflective practice
Engaging in regular training and personal development
No two days are the same. You'll be part of the moments, big and small, that help young people move forward.
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people in a care or support setting (preferred)
Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or willingness to achieve it
Resilience, empathy and a passion for supporting young people
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Knowledge of safeguarding and professional boundaries
Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential
