Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity for a strong and experienced DC Pensions professional to join an industry leading Pensions Consultancy in a senior capacity and work with a range of high profile clients and deliver strategic advice.
The role
You will lead a portfolio of large and mid-sized clients, acting as a trusted adviser on all aspects of DC pensions and workplace savings. Responsibilities include:
- Advising on DC scheme design, investment strategy, governance, communications, retirement support, provider selection and auto-enrolment compliance
- Leading and attending client meetings and reviewing high-quality advice prepared by colleagues
- Supporting business development through new client prospecting and expansion of existing relationships
- Representing the DC consulting practice at industry events and internal forums
- Mentoring, developing and supporting colleagues within the team
You will bring strong UK DC Pensions consulting experience and the confidence to operate at director level. You are likely to have:
- Extensive contract & trust based DC consulting experience
- A strong track record advising on the full DC lifecycle (design, investment, governance, communications and compliance)
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. PMI, CII, IMC) and/or certification under SMCR
- Excellent client relationship, communication and project management skills
- A commercial mindset with enthusiasm for growing client relationships and new business
