We\'re looking for someone like that to:

• help enable the Global Banking DCM business to develop and execute its strategic initiatives
• help drive profitability- through revenue enablement and identification of cost/efficiency opportunities
• fully own the front-to-back controls in close collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Operations, HR and IT teams to ensure a stable operating environment and deliver on conduct/culture objectives
• assist in the development, implementation and ongoing management of front office controls framework and the effectiveness of the lines of defence across Global Banking activities
• work collaboratively with the Global Banking team to coordinate and respond to audit, regulatory and tax assessments
• assist with the development and maintenance of local and product governance through the management of commitment committee processes, and Global Banking management committees

Your team
You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working in London as member of the business management team within IB COO, aligned to Global Banking. The team is responsible for driving the development and enablement of the business strategy, whilst maintaining an independent role in the oversight of operational, regulatory and conduct risks, and managing the systems and processes of multiple change and remediation programs. You will also work closely with the business to drive innovation for the global banking team looking for ways to automate/streamline processes and enable growth.
The team works closely with colleagues around the globe and the IB COO business management team to ensure policies, procedures and solutions are implemented consistently on a global/regional basis.

Your expertise

• ideally 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience
• strong analytical skills and financial knowledge
• strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in order to liaise with members of the organization at all levels
• a flexible work attitude and accepts a changing role in the team as work requires, and to manage a diverse range of topics/activities
• willing to share workload and to work together with colleagues across hierarchies and locations to achieve team objectives
• a self-starter \xe2\x80\x93 capable of setting and working to own targets
• able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and be pro-active, and solutions orientated
• a creative problem solver, an evaluator of new ideas and will challenge the status quo
