Salary:

27,000 - 28,000 (DOE)

We are seeking two motivated Technical Advisors to join our DEA Audit & Support team in Wakefield. As a DEA Technical Advisor, you will deliver expert technical guidance to domestic energy assessors and trainees, supporting them via phone and email and performing audit responsibilities to ensure industry-leading service.

You'll be responsible for:



Providing responsive, high quality technical support (verbal & written) Handling audit queries and delivering solutions Fostering strong member relationships, promoting Elmhurst's independent expertise Collaborating as part of a driven, friendly office-based team (minimum 3 days/week)

What do we look for?



Level 3 qualification in Domestic Energy Assessment (DEA) Excellent customer service orientation Attention to detail and ability to perform basic calculations Strong communication skills in writing and speaking IT-proficient and comfortable in a busy technical environment Integrity, impartiality, problem-solving Able to work well as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential):



Experience in the built environment, property, or energy industry Phone-based technical or customer support experience Interest in sustainable buildings or renewable energy
