What you'll do:
As a Deal Advisory Tax Senior Manager based in London, you will play an integral part in delivering market-leading advisory services across the full spectrum of deal activity. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working hand-in-hand with senior leaders on high-value transactions for both financial investors and corporate clients. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, legal advisers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of deal advisory tax services.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
• Coach and develop colleagues at all levels by sharing your expertise, collaborating with peers, and fostering an environment of continuous learning.
• Prepare or oversee detailed technical advice covering a broad range of UK and international tax issues relevant to each transaction.
• Perform or supervise thorough analysis of tax-related documents and data, highlighting key issues and clearly articulating their commercial impact to clients.
• Collaborate with other UK-based and overseas tax specialists by critically analysing their input and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
