You will be responsible for delivering the best customer outcomes by assessing and presenting applications to members of our lending panel, obtaining credit decisions and processing applications efficiently. Providing exceptional customer service with knowledge, attention to detail, and communication skills, ensuring that all parties are kept fully informed during the vehicle buying process and that a five-star service is delivered.Key Tasks:
Underwrite finance applications in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Prioritise daily workflows based on customer needs and business requirements.
Communicate with customers via phone and email as needed.
Address day-to-day tasks and resolve issues effectively
Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
