Let us tell a bit about the opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Administrator to join our Dealer Funding Operations team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our funded dealers, ensuring they receive a professional, efficient, and knowledgeable service every step of the way. You'll work closely with the Dealer Funding Manager to keep things running smoothly day-to-day, while building strong internal and external relationships.

What will your day look like?
Delivering excellent service to funded dealers - building relationships through enthusiasm, professionalism, and a proactive approach.
Supporting with Unit Stocking administration: dealer set-ups, vehicle funding releases, reconciliations, and record-keeping.
Drafting and maintaining key documentation such as offers, variations, and terminations
Coordinating audits and risk checks, resolving issues, and escalating risks where necessary.
Assisting with reviews and renewals of Dealer Funding Loans, providing recommendations where appropriate.
Supporting the production of management reports and information
Taking ownership of data accuracy, risk controls, and fraud prevention.
