About the role

We are seeking to recruit a Debit Controller (this position is also known as Rent Accounts Officer) who must have experience of creating and maintaining rent accounts for residential properties.


This position plays a crucial part in managing and overseeing the accounts receivable processes. The Debit Controller needs to have advance knowledge of Excel to participate in the annual rent increase and have experience in operating in NEC (Northgate). This role is responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, maintaining accurate financial records, and fostering positive relationships with clients. The Debit Controller will analyse payment patterns and manage accounts. Additionally, they will collaborate with various departments to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.
