Following our continuous success in the business-to-customer Finance market, we are looking to speak with individuals, to add to our team, in the Jewlery Quarter - Birmingham.

You will be backed by the strength of a National brand, while being able to provide a more personal service to Customers across the country.

We believe the service we offer changes lives, and we want to make this available to more people in the UK.

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

? Overseeing communications between multiple parties?

? Dealing with customer enquiries, utilizing your customer service skills?

? Negotiating with vendors on a customers behalf?

? Data handling/maintenance & capture?

? Using information to complete an individual assessment for a customer?

ARE YOU:

? Driven, determined and self-motivated?

? Accountable for everything you do?

? Approachable and find building relationships with strangers easy?

? Able to communicate effectively?

? Able to listen to people without an agenda?

Starting salary of 22,348 - 24,000

? 9:30am - 6:00pm - Monday to Wednesday, 9:30pm - 7:00pm on Thursday, Early finish Fridays - 37.5 hours a week

Pay: 22,500.00-25,000.00 per year
