As a key member of the Debt Management team, you will play a crucial role in recovering and managing debts owed to the Council, including Council Tax, Business Rates, Benefit Overpayments, and Sundry Debts. You'll work directly with customers to provide advice, negotiate payment arrangements and support financial inclusion.
