What you will do


Manage accounts through our internal debt recovery process

Contact customers to collect payments and negotiate payment plans

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to reduce aged debt

Actively manage allocated tickets and maintain data accuracy

Handle the write-off process in line with delegated levels of authority

Prepare legal packs and manage customers in insolvency and dissolution's

Support the disconnections team with ticketing and telephony assistance


What you will bring to the role


Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong organizational skills

Ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment

Skilled in verbal reasoning and managing conflicting priorities

Capable of handling difficult customer interactions professionally

A team player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels

Knowledgeable about the legal claims process/experienced in legal practice, insolvency administration, or debt recovery in a similar industry would be desirable

Familiar with the energy industry is desirable

GCSE or equivalent qualification specifically in Maths in English
