The Debt Recovery Agent will be responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting customers to reach realistic solutions. You will be tasked with assessing income and expenditure and setting sustainable payment arrangements, helping customers stay on track in resolving their indebtedness to our local authority clients. We offer full training, and you will also work towards an industry recognised accreditation plus the chance to work in a small friendly and supportive team. No experience is required, we offer full training in-house, this is an excellent opportunity to join a small but growing company where your skills and commitment will be recognised.
