Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Decontamination Engineer to join our Operations Department at Anglian Dental Engineering, helping us deliver exceptional service standards in quality, safety, and compliance.

In this field-based role, you'll play a key part in maintaining the smooth running of dental practices across the UK by installing, servicing, validating, and repairing decontamination equipment, all while providing the friendly, professional service our customers know us for.

What you'll be doing



Install, service, repair, validate, and maintain vacuum sterilisers, washer disinfectors, and autoclaves in dental decontamination rooms. Carry out pressure vessel inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Provide technical support and troubleshooting advice to customers and colleagues. Support the growth of our service contracts by identifying opportunities and building trusted relationships with customers. Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, parts used, and customer interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers. Follow all health and safety procedures and uphold best practice in every aspect of your work.

About you



Minimum 3 years' experience as a Decontamination Engineer or in a similar medical equipment role. Excellent technical knowledge and strong problem-solving ability. Confident communicator who enjoys working with customers and colleagues. Organised, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites. Positive, proactive, and genuinely passionate about delivering quality work.
