We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Decontamination Operativeto join our welcoming team. No previous dental experience is required -- full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, motivated, with an opportunity to develop a career in the dental field.

About the Role

As a Decontamination Operative, you will play a vital role in keeping our patients safe and our practice running smoothly. Your duties will include:

Cleaning, sterilising, and preparing dental instruments Maintaining strict cross-infection control procedures Ensuring compliance with HTM 01-05 guidelines Supporting the clinical team with decontamination workflow Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace Updating logs, records, and paperwork accurately
You'll be working within a supportive team in a busy NHS/private mixed practice, and you will receive full training to help you succeed in the role.

What We're Looking For

No experience needed -- full training given Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Organised, reliable and willing to learn Team player with a positive attitude Hepatitis B inoculation course preferable If not vaccinated, candidates must complete a vaccination course
