Harland Group Ltd have a number of exciting positions available within the maintenance and construction field for the right people.

Our ever expanding team are looking the right person/people to join a dynamic work force.

Are you a highly experienced decorator with years of knowledge under your belt or are you entry level eager to develop your skills and further your abilities within the trade? Whatever you skill set we could have an opening perfect for you within our friendly and out going team.

Experience in the following is desirable:

Ability to sheet up and protect surfaces Planning a job through from start to finish Full knowledge of preparation to various surfaces Mist coating Filling and caulking Patch repairs Drywall repairs Knowledge of oil and water based paints Different paint systems Sharp cutting in Applying colours Hanging lining paper Hanging wallpaper Priming surfaces Spot priming bare timber Undercoating Topcoating in eggshell, satin and gloss Varnishing, staining and oiling Exterior works Working at heights when required Leave the site in a clean and presentable state on completion
We are seeking a multitrade operative(s) with a decorating bias or background to strengthen our current highly skilled team.

As well as having a passion and an eye for detail when it comes to painting and decorating an interest or experience in one or more of the following is also desirable:

Groundwork Bricklaying 1st Fix Carpentry 2nd Fix Carpentry Plasterboarding Plastering Rendering Plumbing Electrics Roofing Tiling Kitchen Fitting Bathroom Fitting
We specialise in domestic works including extensions, garage/loft/basement conversions and new builds along with ongoing contracts within the insurance and maintenance sectors.

Based on your individual skills and experience, we will find the perfect position for you within our growing company.

Must be able to take instructions and work within a team or individually as required. Supervisory roles can be offered to the right candidates with room for progression, pay increases and bonus'.

All our work is in within the Essex and Suffolk area.

Both self employed or full time PAYE roles available for the right candidate.

Full and part-time positions available Monday to Friday with the option to work weekends and bank holidays if you choose.
