How you create impact

Ensure customer satisfaction by following procedures, managing service requests, and offering tailored logistics solutions Provide proactive updates and support on delivery status, including delays and resolutions Build strong client relationships by presenting available service options and delivering exceptional care Monitor shipments and coordinate logistics alternatives to minimize delays Collaborate with Business Development to optimize client-specific processes and drive continuous improvement Maintain and update SOPs and COPs to support operational consistency and compliance Track performance metrics and take corrective action to uphold service standards Foster cross-functional communication with Sales, Operations, and QA to align customer expectations and enhance loyalty

What we would like you to bring

Proven experience in aviation or logistics Strong grasp of international/domestic airline routing, geography, and time zones Expertise in handling time-critical shipments across various transportation services Proven risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities Solid customer service background with diplomatic communication skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office Willingness to work flexible hours in a 24/7/365 operational environment
