Since this is a
stand-alone position
, you will be essential to ensuring that all property residents, and key stakeholders receive the best possible customer care and service in accordance with established policies and procedures, service level agreements, and standards.

Main Responsibilities
Deliver a professional, high-quality concierge service in line with Rapport standards, site policies and resident expectations.
Welcome and assist residents, guests and visitors with warmth, ensuring every interaction feels valued.
Provide information and guidance on the local area, transport links, amenities and services.
Handle queries and concerns promptly, liaising with Resident Managers and service partners where needed.
Manage calls, emails, post and deliveries efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate with facilities, security and housekeeping teams to maintain a safe, well-presented environment.
Log and follow up on maintenance requests using eLogbooks, ensuring timely resolution.
Support with administrative tasks such as health & safety documentation, ordering supplies and general office duties.
The ideal candidate will:
