Deep Clean Operatives

We are committed to improving the lives of older people by ensuring they have a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. As a Deep Clean Operative, you'll play a crucial role in delivering thorough cleaning and sanitation services tailored specifically to the needs of older individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out deep cleaning and sanitation tasks in clients' homes Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment in line with training and health & safety procedures Treat clients and their homes with care, dignity, and respect Work independently and manage your own schedule effectively Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures

What we're looking for:

Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not essential - full training will be provided A caring and compassionate attitude Strong attention to detail Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with older clients Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently Physically able to carry equipment and perform cleaning duties A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
