Overview

We are now looking for a motivated and technically minded

individual to join our growing team as a CAD/CAM Degree Apprentice. This is an exciting

opportunity to gain a fully funded engineering degree while gaining hands-on

experience working with cutting-edge CAD/CAM systems and real-world engineering

challenges.

Responsibilities

Produce detailed CAD drawings and 3D models. Create CAM programs for CNC machining. Support design, development, and optimisation of parts and assemblies. Interpret technical drawings and specifications. Contribute to real projects, product development, and process improvements. Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and clients to ensure practical, efficient, cost-effective designs.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 9-4/A-C), including Maths, English, and a Science or technical
subject. A-levels (including Maths and/or Physics) or a relevant Level 3 qualification such as a BTEC Extended Diploma in Engineering. Passion for engineering, design, and technology. Willingness to learn and develop both academically and professionally Good communication and teamwork skills.
This apprenticeship provides an excellent foundation for a career in mechanical or systems engineering, offering hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and methodologies.

Pay: From 24,000.00 per year
