As our Digital Marketing Degree Apprentice, you'll support campaigns, content creation, social media, and brand awareness while gaining a Level 6 Digital Marketing Degree. Perfect for someone creative, innovative, and excited to make a real impact in a purpose driven business.
What you'll do at work
You'll help deliver the Sales and Marketing Road Map for 2026 - a year we have ambition plans that you'll help shape and deliver.
You'll help drive our strategy including customer engagement, support sales activity, create digital content, manage socials, assist with design work, website UX, track performance, and contribute to wider campaigns. You'll work closely with our founder to play a key role in helping us grow our online presence and brand visibility across multiple sectors and also support new product development, events planning, customer journey and brand awareness.
Skills Required
Strong written and verbal communication.
Creative thinking and an interest and flair for design.
Comfortable working across multiple tasks.
Good organisation and attention to detail.
Able to work well in a supportive team environment.
Enthusiastic about digital marketing and brand building.
Confident with social media platforms.
Video creation and photography experience preferred
or willing to work towards.
Essential qualifications
Minimum of 5 X GCSEs grades 9-5 (A-C) including English and Maths
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
After this apprenticeship
Opportunity for a full-time role upon completion of Apprenticeship. Long-term progression in marketing, sales, digital content creation or brand management within Smile Box as we continue to grow and opportunities for further personal development.
