The Role

As

Delegate Acquisition & Marketing Manager

, you'll be at the heart of driving attendance at our global trade shows. Your mission: to

attract, engage, and convert senior-level decision-makers

into committed delegates, while shaping the campaigns that bring them in. This is a commercial marketing role with a strong sales edge -- perfect for someone who thrives on hitting targets while building powerful industry connections.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

multichannel campaigns

(calls, email, LinkedIn, partnerships) to secure delegate registrations. Engage with C-level and Director-level executives, promoting the value of attending our events. Build relationships with industry organisations and associations to expand reach and drive attendance. Partner with sales, operations, web, and design teams to deliver on-brand, high-impact campaigns. Manage CRM updates, email marketing, and database segmentation to target the right audience. Track campaign performance, report results, and consistently

What We're Looking For

Proven ability to

hit and exceed sales or acquisition targets

. Confident, persuasive communicator with a strong phone presence. Experience in marketing, sales, or delegate acquisition (events background a plus). Organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects at pace. Commercially minded with a hunger to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment.
