The Role
This role is designed for individuals who are motivated, curious, and ambitious, regardless of whether they are early in their careers or have already gained some commercial experience.
As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will speak directly with senior leaders from well-known organisations. Your role is to understand their priorities and position our executive events as a valuable and relevant use of their time.
You will be supported with clear processes, training, and coaching, but you'll also be trusted to take ownership of your conversations and performance.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Engaging senior-level executives via phone and video and qualifying them for invitation-only events
Understanding industry-specific challenges and discussing them confidently with senior stakeholders
Communicating the strategic and commercial value of our executive roundtables and dinners
Developing your approach to value-based selling, influence, and professional questioning
Managing outreach, follow-up, and delegate experience from initial contact through to confirmation
Working to clear timelines and maintaining accurate, real-time reporting
