The Role







We are recruiting for a Delegated Authority (DA) Bordereau Analyst to join us on a 12 month Fixed-Term Contract!





The DA Bordereau Analyst will work alongside an existing team of DA Business Partners in London and DA Operations team in India. Supporting the tracking/processing, in a consistent manner providing accurate and timely management information, whilst ensuring improvement in quality of all bordereau information data. Providing support to the DA Oversight Manager, to ensure that controls and processes are maintained in accordance with SOX and control frameworks.

Key Accountabilities






Assisting the management and processing of received bordereau via bordereau management system (BDX) Managing the bordereaux collection process and escalating issues to DA Business Partners where necessary Problem solving and liaising with Cover holders and Brokers when issues arise, escalating to DA Oversight Manager Ensuring effective communication is maintained with all parties involved Working with the DA Business Partners to ensure a sensible direction for market bordereau changes and standards for internal and external reporting Review and enhance key areas of data improvement in line with Lloyd's standards and be up to date of changes to Lloyd's reporting standards and requirements Management and production of bordereaux MI and other Binder/Bordereau reporting required by internal stakeholders Ensuring that all process and training documentation is kept up to date Provide ongoing training and assistance to India team



Knowledge, Skills, & Experience






Familiarity with Lloyd's market operations processes, including changes to bordereau data and processing requirements Understanding of Lloyd's delegated bordereau standards Coordination of reports for regular review by stakeholders Keen eye for detail, able to navigate detailed reports and summarise the key information for management Strong communication skills, with internal and external stakeholders Ability to manage own workload, prioritising tasks appropriately and ensuring that SLAs are achieved
