The Wall Group are recruiting an experienced
Deli Assistant Manager
to join our growing team in Belfast.This is an excellent opportunity for a deli professional who's passionate about quality food, great service, and leading a high-performing team.
As Deli Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the daily operations of a busy deli, overseeing food preparation, service, and team performance. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of freshness, presentation, and customer satisfaction -- while helping to drive sales and support business growth.
What We're Looking For
At least
2 years of management or supervisory experience
in a deli or similar fresh food environment Aproven record of improving performance
and achieving results Strong leadership skills with the ability tomotivate, train, and develop your team
Experience instock control, ordering, and waste management
A hands-on approach and passion for quality food and customer experienceWhat We Offer
