Job Title: Deli Supervisor

Location: JD Hunter & Co, Markethill

Employment: 40 hoursMonday- Saturday: 9-6 (with every Thursday or Friday off). Will change to a 1 in 3 once initial set up and routines are in place.

The roles of the successful candidate would include:

Listening to, and understanding our customers' needs and advising them about our products and services. Ensuring through coaching that every customer receives excellent service Allocate work duties to other members of the Deli team to ensure all duties are covered and to maintain a high quality service at all times.
oChampioning Health & Safety, Security, Discipline and Due Diligence throughout the Deli team

Carry out food safety control checks in all areas to ensure all standards are being maintained and recorded. Driving sales and service throughout the team with attention to detail and product development Prepare all food in line with company procedure and Health and Safety regulations. Ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the Deli Department (front and back) is maintained at all times. Be accountable for the enforcement of all legislative demands/standards of fire, health, hygiene and safety and these conditions are strictly adhered to. Managing colleague rotas/holidays in line with business needs Working closely with both Head Chef and Head Butcher to deliver for our customer Undertake other duties as required for the role.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
