ABOUT THE ROLE - DELICATESSEN MANAGER OPPORTUNITY

You will be responsible for stock management, setup, presentation, and the successful running of the delicatessen. Your leadership will inspire the team to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring all food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.


You will champion Heritage, Authenticity, and Quality, ensuring that Italian cuisine is presented with excellence and that all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are strictly followed. IDEAL CANDIDATE - WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Fluent in both Italian and English, with prior managerial experience in a delicatessen or retail environment. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations, with prior kitchen experience. A natural leader who can inspire and develop a high-performing team. A passionate ambassador of Italian cuisine and exceptional customer service. Excellent delegation and team management skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and operational skills to ensure smooth daily operations.
