The perfect candidate will work behind-the-scenes to ensure deliveries take place smoothly and ensure the highest standard of service is delivered when transporting products to customers.

Salary:

27,400.00 per annum

We are looking for applicants who have:

Experience in a similar role

Excellent communication and people skills

An ability to organise and multi-task

Strong computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Excel, Dynamics AX

Attention to detail

Eligibility to live and work in the UK

A good standard of spoken English

Responsibilities of the role:

Prepare relevant documentation for the dispatch of orders

Count and process collected money from driver's routes in a safe manner

Collect and provide accurate amounts of money in accordance with payment terms, and invoice adjustments from drivers

Report discrepancies immediately

Deal with day-to-day driver/helper queries

Liaise with other departments with day-to-day transport issues

Ensure drivers are following routes according to company rules and procedures
