Drive Commercial Growth--Lead B2B Strategy to Electrify Jersey's Business Sector

Build the Network--Lead Installer Partnerships for Scalable Delivery. Grow and manage a network of trusted trade partners to deliver ASHP and electric heating installations.

As Delivery & Aftercare Manager, you'll lead Jersey Electricity's B2B trade partnership programme. Your mission is to accelerate the transition of domestic customers from fossil fuels to clean electric heating. You'll build strategic trade partnerships, develop and grow the island's capability to deliver low network impact technologies, and position Jersey Electricity as the trusted energy partner across the island.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with CQS, EPC, and industry standards across all JE domestic heating, Hot Water, and EV charging installations. Recruit, manage, and monitor trade contractors Develop and deliver training programs focusing on low network impact technologies. Grow and develop Jersey Electricity's After Care offer Manage multiple contractors and their operatives. Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, and commercial KPIs. Collaborate with technical, customer service, and operations teams to continuously improve standards and processes.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

10+ years' experience in domestic heating installations, particularly ASHP and EV charging systems. Strong understanding of building regulations, Bye-laws and local legislation Experience in heat pump design and low-carbon heating technologies Excellent communication and customer engagement. Proven track record in quality assurance, technical training, or service management Excellent communication and leadership skills.Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating, CQS, Heat Geek). Familiarity with CQS standards.
