About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and visionary
Delivery Center Director
to lead and scale the company's delivery operations across Europe. This role provides strategic leadership for all service delivery activities -- ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
Define and execute the delivery vision and roadmap in alignment with corporate strategy.
Establish governance frameworks, policies, and processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Build and manage a high-performing delivery organization that promotes accountability, innovation, and customer focus.
Project Delivery & Customer Engagement
Oversee end-to-end delivery of ITO and data center projects -- from solution design to testing, acceptance, and handover.
Ensure on-time and high-quality completion of all customer projects.
Maintain strong client engagement through executive-level communication and partnership development.
Business & Resource Management
Manage project portfolios and optimize resource allocation across regional teams.
Monitor delivery performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
People Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire a technically strong, customer-focused delivery team.
Drive organizational capability building, training, and leadership pipeline development.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Promote best practices, process standardization, and digitalization within delivery systems.
Identify opportunities for innovation to enhance agility, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications
, or related fields.
Minimum
5 years' experience
in delivery management, preferably in IT, telecom, or data center operations.
Proven track record managing
large-scale enterprise delivery projects (ITO and IDC)
.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Fluency in
English

Mandarin
proficiency is an advantage.
