Delivery Consultant - Education Recruitment, working for our education brand NextGen
Coming from an education background and ready for a new challenge? We're looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our growing education recruitment team, supporting schools by placing high-quality classroom support professionals.
This role is ideal for former teachers, teaching assistants, cover supervisors or school support staff who want to stay connected to education - without being in the classroom every day.
What you'll be doing:

Sourcing, supporting and placing education professionals
Building strong relationships with candidates and schools
Matching people to roles that suit their experience and preferences
Working closely with a supportive team to deliver great outcomes

Experience working in a school or education setting
