Salary - This is a Leeds only role with a salary ranging from 52,000 to 55,000 (salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

You will be joining our Digital Delivery Hub in Leeds. In this role, you'll support the delivery and oversight of key digital products and services, working across multiple workstreams and teams. You'll assist the Delivery Manager by applying your expertise in Agile methodologies, reporting, service assurance, and user-centred design to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery.
What will you be doing?Supporting the Delivery Manager with delivery planning, maintaining delivery roadmaps and contributing to Agile delivery practices and the wider DevSecOps approach Coordinating and producing departmental and project reporting, ensuring accurate and timely updates for a range of stakeholders including senior leaders Monitoring and managing risks across the Digital Delivery Hub, escalating issues where appropriate and ensuring effective communication Organising departmental events and training activities, including coordination with internal and external providers and managing logistics Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and supporting new joiners to integrate into the team

MinimumProven experience in managing departmental operations, including preparing reports for senior stakeholders, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining onboarding documentation, and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite, with a strong ability to produce clear, well-structured documentation including reports and presentations tailored to diverse audiences

EssentialSkilled in stakeholder communication, supporting clear and effective interaction between technical and non-technical audiences and translating complex information when required Experienced in cross-department collaboration, working across digital teams to manage competing priorities and acting as a key point of contact within a fast-paced delivery environment Experienced in supporting Agile delivery within digital teams by coordinating delivery activities, enabling cross-functional collaboration, acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders Strong organisational skills, including coordinating meetings, supporting team collaboration and producing accurate departmental reports for director-level stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes with a flexible and adaptable approach to supporting wider delivery goals and undertaking a variety of responsibilities as needed
