Overview

Heden Logistics Ltd are looking for reliable and experienced drivers or 2-person delivery crews on a

self-employed

basis to join our team in our Warrington Depot. We are looking primarily for 2 person crews, however we are open to accepting applications from individual drivers or drivers mates. If applying individually we will pair you up with someone else to form a 2 man crew whom you will work alongside with consistently.

We are looking for Either drivers or full time crews who are available up to 6 days a week.

Company rental van and fuel card provided
Weekly Pay
We will also welcome applications from owner drivers of Luton low loader vans.

Duties

- Safely drive company van to deliver white goods, furniture and parcels to customers room of choice.
- Load and unload goods safely and carefully from the delivery vehicle using company issued equipment to assist, some appliance installation and furniture assembly will be required - full training provided
- Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders following a pre planned route, average of 20 drops per day
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks

Requirements

- Previous experience as a 2 man delivery driver
- Valid UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

- A driving licence to have been held for a minimum of 3 years.
- Ability to drive 3.5 tonne vans and handle some heavy lifting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 200.00-300.00 per day
