Southern Foam, Rusper (nr Horsham) recruiting NOW for a full time Driver on a

fixed term basis.

We're looking for an experienced Driver who can deliver our foam products (mattresses, toppers, cushions and more bespoke items) to our customers, both the large furniture manufacturers we service and domestic customers alike. We have weekly drop offs in and around the South East and South London

The job will also involve helping the team load the delivery van in the morning, if not the previous evening. On occasion, there will be times when working in the factory will be necessary too. Factory work will include bailing the off cuts of foam, fitting covers to mattresses and general housekeeping.

Core hours are 08.00am - 17.00, Monday - Thursday and 08.0.0 - 15.00, Friday.

Naturally, we will provide the vehicle and all fuel.

Ideally you will have:

Full valid driving licence (essential); Solid driving experience, ideally in a multi-drop role; Excellent customer service skills; friendly and helpful; Excellent organisation skills; able to take instructions and follow a route plan that may change during the day according to customer demand; Self-motivation; happy to drive alone and take responsibility for the delivery as well as the delivery van; Hard working attitude, happy to take on all manner of jobs in the factory to support the team.
