We are seeking a reliable and experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our team. Responsibilities

Safely operate a 7.5 Tonne vehicle to deliver goods to clients and distribution centres across designated routes Plan delivery schedules in accordance with company policies and customer requirements Load and unload cargo, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring items are secured properly during transit Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify any maintenance issues or safety concerns Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding delivery times, delays, or issues encountered during routes Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including delivery notes and logs Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times

Qualifications

Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with a background in commercial driving or warehouse operations Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record Experience in heavy lifting and manual handling of goods Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members Knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for commercial driving Ability to organise routes efficiently and manage time effectively for timely deliveries Previous experience in warehouse environments is advantageous but not essential

Pay: From 17.00 per hour
