Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team at IVC Signs Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of our signage products to clients across the region. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellent service and reliability. From time to time you will be asked to work within the factory loading and unloading etc. The role is for 4 months with an opportunity to extend beyond this period based on performance. Hours flexible from around 7 to 37.5 per week + extra hours when required.
Responsibilities
Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport signage products to various locations.
Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.
Load and unload signage products, ensuring they are secure during transit.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding delivery schedules and any changes.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
Assist in the warehouse as needed, including inventory management.
Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently.
Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is an advantage.
