Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit a delivery driver for our pharmacy in Bexleyheath.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a genuine desire to help people and provide an outstanding level of care to all our customers. You will need to be able to remain calm under pressure and have an optimistic and positive attitude. Communication and people skills are paramount to this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will be expected to achieve all deliveries within the allocated time and always presents yourself in a smart and professional manner.
Deliver and collect medications and prescriptions from patients at home and doctor surgeries. Build good relationships with the dispensary team and GP surgery receptionist. Ensure accurate hand-over of medicines and safe return of prescriptions to the duty pharmacist Feedback relevant customer comments and concerns after each delivery shift. Ensure all required paperwork is maintained and kept up to date. Adhere to company Standard Operation Procedures and Health & Safety Always drive with care, safely and legally.
Qualifications and Skills
Clean driving license. Up to date DBS check Experience in driving Own vehicle to be used for deliveries Good knowledge of the local area would be an advantage, however this is not essential. Require to work Wednesday & Friday.
