ROLE DETAILS

JOB TITLE

: Delivery Driver

WORKING HOURS

: Full-time (5 days per week)

LOCATION:

Bournemouth

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pick products using despatch documents. Check packaging and condition of products prior to despatch. Ensure warehouse is kept clean and tidy and that housekeeping levels are maintained. Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines / legislation. Safe usage of any equipment (Pallet trucks / trolleys / ladders / kick- stools / bander etc.) Support Logistics Supervisor and ensure those duties are carried out during any absence Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws. Safe loading & unloading of all vehicles (Goods In / vans). Completing a vehicle check daily and reporting any defects or damage to supervisor. Carry out deliveries to customers premises in a safe, friendly and professional manner. Carry out any flash deliveries as required. Agree to work under terms and conditions of other jobs within department if required. Ensure compound is kept clean and tidy. Ensure all documentation is actioned correctly
