Job Description

We are looking for professional experienced Vehicle Collection & Delivery drivers to complement our current team of Trade Plate drivers on a self-employed contracted basis. As one of our Trade Plate Drivers you will be provided with vehicle movements for collection and delivery of new and used vehicles from a multitude of locations throughout the country, ranging from; dealerships, auction sites, compounds, car rental companies, businesses and private retail customers. You will be responsible for all aspects of vehicle logistics including; in depth accurate appraisals, prompt collection and delivery to customers, handing over with sign off and any supporting paperwork where applicable. Customer service is a key part of this role, so being well-presented, polite, disciplined, organised, motivated and experienced in delivering high levels of customer service is crucial to the business.

Additionally you will be a calm and patient person, resilient and resourceful. You will also be an early riser as very early start times are necessary. You will also need to have a driveway or parking space off-road as you will take a vehicle home every evening (carry-over) to deliver to the customer the next working day. Full insurance inclusive, Trade plates, Fuel card, Our bespoke App to complete vehicle appraisals and log movements. Professional experienced allocators. Office support.

Full UK Driving License for minimum of 3 years, with 6 or less active penalty points - that do not include the codes; TT99, DR, DD, CD or IN during the past 5 years. We also require that you have off-road parking at home for safely parking our customer's vehicles at night.
