We are looking for a Delivery Driver, Category B (3.5t) - Dartford, Unit 31, Acorn Industrial Park, Crayford, Dartford,DA1 4AL

Package

Salary : 13.50 per hour attended (plus OTE 260 per quarter attendance /attitude bonus)

Full Time Permanent Contract

Working Hours : 45 hrs minimum per week, Monday to Friday from 05:00hrs

Key responsibilities

Working within the transport team, duties will include:

Conduct pre and post vehicle checks and record defects accordingly. Comply with all aspects governed by the working time directive. Performing the daily duties and deliveries in accordance with the timed schedule. Undertaking bed and furniture deliveries in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure your vehicle is cleaned both internally and externally. Work with the delivery and warehouse teams to load and unload stock onto our modern fleet of vehicles. Adhere to all policies and procedures towards Health and Safety.
Competencies/Key Skills required

An excellent proven track record in a delivery role (one year minimum). Physically fit due to the nature of products (manual handling of carpets etc.). No more than 6 penalty points. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
