Ballsportz is a fast-growing sports events company working with some of the biggest names in sport, entertainment, and corporate events. From Premier League clubs and major brands to private clients and exclusive venues, we deliver high-energy, interactive games and experiences nationwide.
We've activated at everything from Premier League stadiums to luxury private events - even featured in the Baller League! This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and you'll have the chance to be part of exciting events, meet public figures, and grow within an ambitious and passionate team.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our events and logistics team, you'll play a vital role in making sure our activations run smoothly and deliver wow-factor experiences. Your duties will include:
Loading and unloading event equipment at our Woking HQ and at venues
Driving vans to venues across London, the South East, and the UK
Setting up and dismantling sports-based games and branded activations
Supervising games, interacting with clients, guests, and venue staff
Branding: Learning to print, cut, and apply graphics in-house (full training given)
Keeping equipment clean, well-maintained and warehouse organised
Overnight stays when needed (expenses covered)
Supporting business growth by identifying new opportunities and helping drive sales
Representing the Ballsportz brand with professionalism, energy, and fun!
Who We're Looking For
We want team players who are proactive, reliable, and great with people. You'll thrive in this role if you are:
Confident, outgoing, and calm under pressure
Can think on your feet and solve problems quickly
Are physically fit and happy with manual work
Have excellent timekeeping and are highly organised
Communicate well with clients, guests, and colleagues
Are flexible - events often involve early starts, late finishes, and weekend work
Are willing to learn new skills, including first aid and branding techniques
Experience in the events industry is a bonus but not essential.
Enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude matter most.
