Furnished Homes is a family run contract furniture company which has been established for over 25 years.

If you answered yes to the above questions, we have the perfect role for you! We are looking for a friendly Delivery Driver / Furniture Installation Technician to join our team.

Employment is subject to a satisfactory basic DBS check and no more than 3 points on your licence.

What you will be doing

Working with a 'mate' delivering furniture and white goods to various properties. Providing a best-in-class delivery service to our customers. Using your communication skills to problem solve and think on your feet. Using DIY skills to assemble furniture and fit window coverings & white goods.

What we need from you

A flexible approach - Due to the early start times and late finishes, you need to be able to get to the warehouse without being dependent on public transport. No more than 3 points on your licence and no drug, alcohol or dangerous driving convictions. Previous delivery driver experience. Ability to lift heavy furniture. Excellent communication skills. Experience in commercial driving. Familiarity with warehouse operations. Proficient in van driving. You must be over 21 years of age with 12 months driving experience.

Pay: 30,476.16 per year
