LaundryHappy is not your average laundry service. We're reimagining how clean clothes are delivered to busy homes and hospitality businesses across London and Surrey.

We're expanding our team of self-employed drivers who want flexible work, fair pay, and consistent support. Without being micromanaged or locked into a full-time job.

What You'll Do

As a LaundryHappy Delivery Partner, you'll be responsible for moving items between customers and dry cleaning plant. Your day-to-day tasks include:

Collecting laundry or dry cleaning from customer homes, businesses, or drop-off points Delivering cleaned items with care and professionalism Coordinating pickups and drop-offs through our user-friendly app Navigating efficiently between routes while maintaining great communication Being the face of LaundryHappy -- punctual, polite, and proactive

Role Essentials

We're looking for practical, organised individuals with strong customer service instincts and a proactive mindset. To be successful, you'll need:

Your own vehicle (van preferred, large estate or SUV also considered) Valid UK driver's licence and courier/hire-and-reward insurance A smartphone (Android or iPhone) with a data plan Good spoken and written English Willingness to move multiple laundry bags per day (some can weigh up to 25?kg) Familiarity with using apps or route navigation tools (Google Maps, Waze, etc.)
