Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a

Delivery Driver

. This role plays a vital part in upholding our standards by maintaining the quality of our products during transport and delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stop.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently deliver baked goods to cafes, customers, events, and wholesale partners. Load and unload deliveries with care, ensuring all items arrive intact and presentable. Follow delivery routes and schedules, maintaining punctuality at all times. Communicate clearly and courteously with customers and the bakery team. Keep the delivery vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order. Handle delivery documentation, including logs, receipts, and occasional payment transactions. Promptly report any issues, vehicle concerns, or delays to the bakery team. Support the patisserie team with order packing and organisation when needed.

Requirements

Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record. Previous delivery or driving experience is preferred. Strong time management and organisational skills. Ability to handle fragile goods with care and attention. Friendly, polite, and professional manner. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and occasional holidays. Good communication skills and a proactive team spirit. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of driving and customer service.

Bonus Points

Familiarity with London and surrounding areas. Experience in a patisserie, cafe, or food/hospitality environment.
