Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our Pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering medicines to patients homes. This role requires good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to be patient ad accommodating to patient needs. Duties

Safely operate own vehicle to deliver prescription medicines to patient homes. Load and unload items, ensuring that all deliveries are handled with care. Communicate effectively with pharmacy team and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage and delivery confirmations.

Skills

Experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Ability to perform moderately heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes. Valid driving licence with experience in driving preferred. Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations. Strong organisational skills to manage delivery schedules efficiently.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
