Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to navigate efficiently while ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the capacity to handle various delivery tasks, including good communication with clients. This position is a 3 month temporary contract with a review after this time frame. The successful candidate must be 25 or over with a clean full UK driving licence.
There will be an expectation to support the shop during any quiet times.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies. Load and unload goods. Deliver orders to designated locations in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a delivery driver is highly desirable. A valid driving licence with no points is essential Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is beneficial. Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From 12.39 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
