About Us: Snowden & Co established in 1936 are one of Wales' largest seafood wholesalers, supplying Fishmongers, Fish & Chip Shops and hospitality businesses.

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Order Picker and Delivery Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders and ensuring timely and safe delivery to our valued customers.

Working Hours: Varied thought week - starting times are between 2 and 3am Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently pick and pack seafood orders based on customer requirements. Safely operate delivery vehicles, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock levels. Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any enquiries. Provide excellent customer service during the delivery process. Assist with loading and unloading vehicles products as needed. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Qualifications:

Current Full UK Driving Licence Previous experience as a delivery driver. Ability to handle and transport perishable goods with care. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery deadlines. Previous experience in food handling desirable, but training can be provided, and level 2 Food Hygiene certification will be completed within 3 months of starting.
