Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and have the ability to navigate efficiently while ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle various tasks, including driving, loading, and unloading goods.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations. Load and unload goods from the vehicle, performing heavy lifting as required. Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes that may arise. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to management. Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organisation of stock.

Experience

Previous experience as a delivery driver is essential. A valid driver licence is required; commercial driving experience is an advantage. Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the role. Pay: 90.00-100.00 per day
