We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries. Duties

Safely operate company vehicles, including vans or lorries, to deliver goods to clients and customers. Plan delivery routes to optimise efficiency and meet scheduled deadlines. Load and unload items, including heavy or bulky goods, with proper handling techniques. Ensure all deliveries are accurately documented and signed for upon receipt. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle at all times. Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules or issues. Adhere to all traffic laws and health and safety regulations during transit.

Requirements

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of commercial driving practices. Valid driver's licence or equivalent qualification. Experience with warehouse operations or logistics is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting when required, often involving bulky or heavy items. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Good organisational skills for route planning and time management. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and service quality. Pay: 180.00-196.76 per day
