ROLE DETAILS:

JOB TITLE

: Delivery Driver.

WORKING HOURS:

7.00am - 4.00pm, Monday - Friday, 60 mins lunch (unpaid), 40hrs per week.

LOCATION:

Portsmouth.

SALARY:

25,584 pa

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experienced in multi drop deliveries Safe usage of any equipment (Pallet trucks / trolleys / ladders / kick- stools / bander etc.) Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws. Safe unloading of a vehicle Completing a vehicle check daily and reporting any defects or damage to supervisor. Check packaging and condition of products prior to despatch. Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines / legislation. Carry out deliveries to customers premises in a safe, friendly and professional manner. Carry out any flash deliveries as required. Agree to work under terms and conditions of other jobs within department if required. Ensure vehicle is kept clean and tidy, inside and out Use of mobile phone based app to capture delivery information Ensure all documentation is actioned correctly
