Delivery Driver
Job Description
We are looking for a full time delivery driver to join our growing team. Candidates will be required to use a 4 x 4 with trailer for national and local deliveries - This is not a multi drop role.
The role involves the delivery / collection of industrial cleaning equipment. Product training will be given. A degree of manual handling will be required. Towing experience is essential i.e. car & trailer or caravan towing - would also suit ex HGV driver. Licence required: BE (Car & Trailer). A Driver CPC is not required for this role. It is a requirement to be available for overnights. The overnights are organised by the office and are in Premier Inn hotels at which a food allowance is also given.
Flexibility essential due to the nature of the work involved.
Driving days cannot always be guaranteed therefore you may be required to undertake other work periodically.
Basic salary 29,500 (plus overtime approx. 3,000)
45 hrs per week which includes 5 hours paid breaks - Monday to Friday
